The South Korean automotive giant Hyundai has introduced to the Pakistani market a brand new D-segment sedan, the all-new Hyundai Sonata 2021. Like any other vehicle that hits the market, this one too has been getting a lot of attention and limelight. But has it been getting all this fame rightly so? Let’s take a look and discuss what this car has to offer its clientele.
There are two variants of the car; a 2000cc naturally aspirated engine that produces 152 horsepower and 192 Nm of torque, and a 2500cc naturally aspirated engine that produces 180 horsepower and 232 Nm of torque with a price difference of around 0.7 million rupees between the two. The engine and price tag aren’t the only two differences, though. The top of the line variant comes equipped with a retractable rear shade to protect the car from sunlight, six airbags to provide protection in case of an accident, and a Head-up Display that displays a transparent image on the windshield to show driver safety information. However, apart from these differences, both the cars are identical including the booking price for both the cars, which is Rs 200,000.
We were expecting better paint quality, but as per our observation and inspection, we noticed the paint has a large pattern of orange peel that easily catches attention. Orange peel adds up to the beauty of the paint but too much of it looks raw.

Car Care & Protection with KochChemie Ceramic Coating
A car of this price tag, however, requires utmost care and extra protection to ensure that its resale value remains intact. For anyone purchasing one, it is of paramount importance that they keep the car in impeccable condition so that when in the future more people want to buy it, they can sell their cars at a good price. For that, apart from engine care and maintenance, a very important thing is to make sure that the car’s exterior is protected with proper ceramic coating.
Ceramic coating products such as KochChemie Ceramic Allround can provide a car’s exterior with a thin, transparent coat that protects the paint against dullness and oxidation, provides protection against UV rays, and also against dirt, grime, and harsh elements that cars are exposed to on the road. Ceramic coating can ensure that your car retains its shine and looks brand new even years after you have purchased it.
